Those are some freaky looking little creatures on that calendar!

They're sort of cute, though, in a way...

This must be the version I saw last night when I posted my thoughts, because what I saw was full length.

I saw the PV; it's really nice. It's great to see Masa and Miwa actually in the video, too. They've not been showing up in their own videos too much lately, which I think is a shame. (Especially since Masa's new 'do is so cool! :P ) They look like they're having so much fun in their studio. If I'm n...

I'm not sure how these things are viewed in Japanese culture, but isn't going on tour to celebrate a soft drink a little cheesy? They'd probably be accused of selling out, in America.

Oh well. New DCT concerts can't be a bad thing, though.

I just heard Can't Get Enough Of Your Love, Babe by Barry White. Once it gets going, it sounds a whole bunch like "Eyes To Me".

Barry White's got a nice voice, and he's apparently another of Masa's influences. I'll have to listen to some more, 'cos I quite liked this one.

I gave it a listen. I don't like their dance-pop ones as much as the ones with the smoother, more complex rhythms, but I'm still liking it. I'm not usually into their new songs right away. Often it takes hearing a live performance for them to really connect. That happened with Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai...

Wow, that's really cool! Congratulations. I dream sometimes of singing with a band... maybe someday.

This coming Christmas you might suggest some seasonal DCT tunes, eh? :)

Good luck with continuing to pursue your dream. Ganbatte!

Welcome to the board, Bandman! :D Thus far, few of my acquaintances or family members are as enthusiastic about DCT as I am. Generally, I find few who are as captivated by their music as I am. Perhaps this is a common experience of other forum members. Certainly you will convince me that there's not...

But I thought it was supposed to go back to the early days of DCT? :(

Oh well, this is still pretty cool. I loved the promo pic, too.

As someone who was introduced to DCT through Masa's fine instrumentals, this excites me very much. :D

I wonder if they will be demos of DCT tracks we've heard, or if some will be completely original.

And of course, I can dream of hearing demos of Sonic music...

I hope it's "Almost Home". It's such a perfect song, with so many different parts than can showcase their talents. Both it and Tsure Tsure are from 2008, though - I don't know how the Kouhaku songs get chosen.

I'd probably say, "Where's you're alligator? Please inflate it calmly!" because I'm just that bad with Japanese. Seriously, though. I guess I'd want to ask which DCT tracks were written before the band was formed, what the process was like for arranging them, and how it felt to have them trans...

I'd never heard Swing Out Sister before. "Breakout" reminds me of Ureshii Tanoshii Daisuki in the bass, and a bit of Nena, too. I'll have to check out more of their stuff for sure! I've always loved "Let's Groove". I heard it first when I was really little, and always pictured a dancing Robot, becau...

Try it again- it seems to be working okay, but occaisionally that "sign in" page comes up. Sorry I didn't see your post earlier, Mercury. That's okay. I tried it again, and it turned out to be my browser, so I opened it in another browser instead. That first wallpaper is pretty nice. Incidentally, ...
