The DVD available from the Diamond15 store that James mentions actually comes free with the concert tour brochure. It's about 15 minutes long and it's basically a behind the scenes look at preparations for the tour. It shows the photo sessions for the pictures in the brochure taken on a riverside an...

Well, finances and circumstances permitting. I'm up for Wonderland 2007 for sure! BTW. Whilst in Osaka, saw the opening credits for Kyuumei Byoutou 24ji on Fuji TV on Tuesday night. Nando Demo works really well as a theme tune for the title sequence, which features the same swirly wind effects that ...

Re: Osaka concert, 10th of March

In reply to your queries, Jei:- How long did you spend in Japan? (I love the Kansai region) I was there for 8 days. Should have 9, but heavy snow in Amsterdam meant I arrived in Osaka 12 hours late and two missed connecting flights later. Luggage turned up a day late too so it wasn't a great ...

Osaka concert, 10th of March

Osaka-jo Hall is within the shadows of Osaka Castle in the east of the city. My Japanese is minimal to put it mildly and I arrived in plenty of time in order to figure where I would be seated for the concert. Showing my ticket to the ground staff at the entrance I was pointed to a queue at the west ...

Well, the obvious link to me is the refrain from Monkey Girl Odyssey's Kanon can be heard in the Diamond 15 theme. No?

So what's with the interrupted picture at the start of the second verse? And what does that caption say?

Crikey! When in December is the new album released? As for the limited edition box set, the DVD sounds interesting. Presumably a behind-the-scenes type documentary of Wonderland 2003. But at a cost of roughly GBP125, a little out of my price range. Guess I'll have to wait for it's subsequent solo re...
keep in mind that despite their clear musical talent, dct is generally thought of as a housewives band.
There probably is some truth in this. If you look at the crowd shots from the last couple of Wonderland DVDs, it does seems to be almost entirely women.

Miwa in Ghana chocolate ad

As you might have already seen on dctgarden.com, Miwa is appearing in the new TV and print commercials for Ghana chocolate. It's now up on the Lotte site! Head on over to http://www.lotte.co.jp/ghana/index.html to see it, as well as a behind-the-scenes making-of segment.

Yes indeed. And it seems like the Yokohama gigs are the only ones that the Ticket Pia website is selling when booking opens on the 12th of December. Doesn't look like lawsonticket.com offering anything. Anyone know of other Japanese online ticket agencies? That operate in English too if at all possi...

Hmm... Never mind the next Wonderland. I'd like to go see them on this tour! From my Babelfish translator, it would appear they are not playing in Tokyo, so Osaka during the Easter break looks like the best bet. Where is the "North Sea Prefecture"? (Pardon my ignorance)

Another "hi!" from England (Ireland and HK too)

Newrynyuk here saying hello to all DCT folk! Although I'm now living and working in London, I was born in Ireland of Hong Kong parents (a frightening combination, I know!). I visit them in Hong Kong most Christmases, and in 2000/01 I took the opportunity to add in a short visit to Tokyo too. Whilst ...

Thanks again, tachikaze. Lawsonticket.com is another possibility. I just hope one of them will accept orders from overseas. So there IS some hope of making it to the next Wonderland after all. Now, back to my original post. What did Miwa say at the tearful end of the Wonderland 2003? And what did Ma...
there is a Japanese ticketmaster -- it's called Ticket Pia.

http://t.pia.co.jp/

via google I see they sold the tickets via Ticket Pia and Lawson.

Hmm, thanks tachikaze. This might be an avenue worth investigating.
