Apple Opens iTMS Japan -- No DCT :(

I checked for both the romaji and katakana versions of their name. Oh well.

Looks like Sony Music told Apple to take a hike; Apple's got Avex Trax, EMI Japan but it looks like more labels haven't joined up than have.

Interesting tho...there are DCT cover songs
Do a search for "Miwa" (which also looks in the Composer/Writer category) and you'll get...

"Lat. 43 N" by A.Mia

"Winter Song" by Half Dozen

2 instrumental versions of "Nando demo" by the guy who does the '24 hour emergency room' sound track

and...

"Friday Let Me Down" by A.Mia, Diggy-Mo and Key of Life
(New song, but Masa & Miwa are listed as Composers)

Should only be a matter of time until we get DCT...
(at least the Universal/Virgin DCT songs...)
