I knew K2C had the biggest-selling single of the 90s (top 5 of all-time!) but they peaked just before I got there so, like DCT 1992-1996, I only knew about mainly from seeing their Sony Music Entertainment billboards.
I hadn't yet seen their ROMAN HIKOU PV from 1990, found it on youtube; quite the 'meisaku'.
