Osaka Air Fare Sale Coincides with Tour!

Post by zberry » Thu Oct 07, 2004 5:03 pm

I happened to be checking out the fare sales at United.com and found a link for something called Discover Osaka. (Go to Special Deals page)
These fares are good from now until March 18, which coincides nicely with some of the dates on DCT's upcoming tour.
I was planning to visit Japan in May when it's a little warmer, but I'm seriously considering snatching these fares and catching a DCT show while I'm there.

SF - Osaka $279
LA - Osaka $289
NY - Osaka $359
Chicago - Osaka $359

cheeep.

Now I know who's flying me to Japan if my candidate doesn't win next month ;)

I'd been thinking of looking for work in Kyoto or Shikoku. 8 years in Tokyo was fun, but I never got to see other parts of the country that much...

ah, those are just one-way fares, not so good.

$500-600 is generally the going rate during the winter anyway.

the cut-off date is 10/15 for purchase, and I don't think I'll know if I'll have to be moving by then :)

Aggh! One-way!
Ah, another dream dashed. I didn't catch that "each-way" fares part. Or maybe I didn't want to see it. Sorry.
