Here's a grammar construction you don't see every day:
13. Takaku agere!
Ageru is the verb 'to offer up, raise, give'.
Changing the 'ru' to 're' makes it a command, or imperative.
Takai is the adjective high, changing the 'i' to 'ku' makes it an adverb.
So the title is "Raise [it] higher!"
Here's the other songs:
2. Asahi no Senrei
'Baptism of the morning sun'
'Senrei' also means bright/vivid, so this could be a poetic play on that.
3. Mascara matsuge *
'mascara eyelashes'
4. Douzo yoroshiku
'Pleased to meet you' (lit. 'kindly [treat me] well')
6. Ima mo
'Even/especially now'
11. Hi no ji
'letter of hi'
The 'hi' in the title is the katakana 'hi', which looks like a sitting person.
12. Yasashii kiss o shite *
'kiss [me] gentl[y]'
13. Takaku agere!
'Raise [it] higher!'
14. Hajimari no la *
'Initial la'
15. Hatsuyuki ~ENDING THEME~
'First snow'
This is also the name of a Japanese destroyer in WW2:

The Japanese named their destroyers very poetically, like 'morning tide', 'river breeze', etc.
In fact, my forum name here is from a Japanese destroyer, it means the wind of a swordstroke.
