unless Masa had a 2nd career as a very oft-used CM voice 'tarento', no... I remember hearing this guy's voice a lot in the 90s, in Japan.

damn, i was so sure ;) I thought he might have guest narrated or something being as it says something about Dreams come true in the corner at one point.... one presumes its something about the score.
