I'm definitely going to the New York ones too. :)

If anyone is interested, I'm all for a dinner and/or drinks get-together before/after one of the concerts...my treat :)

(Would be the second DCTJoy meet up around a Wonderland concert :) )

I'm up for that Jei, since I missed the last one due to not reading your e-mail about it until after I got back :(
Only 3 hours to go :D
Do you think they will quickly sell out?

I just grabbed tickets for the L.A. show.

GA (floor) was the most expensive (69.90), but there are cheaper seats in the mezzanine.

I'm jealous of the NYC meetup!
I'll be first in line for the L.A. get-together...

I didn't see any news in the local Japanese-language L.A. papers, so only the hardccore fans probably know about it at this point. I think it will sell out, but maybe in a few weeks, not right away.

The NYC venue is reportedly smaller... so those will probably go faster.

We got tickets for the 9th!

A get-together would be so cool...

Update: The chance of me going to the New York concert now are slim. My mom looked at some hotels and the "cheapest" she could find was around $220 a night. We'd have to fly out on the day of the concert just to make that manageable. I don't know if this is going to work out for me after all.. :?

Kohaku, we will stay at the Vanderbilt YMCA hostel; it's only $87 for a single, or $48/person for a double. It's near the UN and not that far from the Highline.

OMG!

Man... this is pure nostalgia... Same venue, same month and exactly freaking almost a decade ago!

I didn't know about this until someone on FB sent me message. The first time I went I think I heard about it from Junglecity.

It's a ways away still, but I may watch the ticket availabilty at the Moore in Seattle. Hopefully they just leave the top most balcony open and not wait until they need it.

If anyone is going to Seattle, let me know! If I end up going, perhaps a little get together can be in order?

...and dctgarden said the 2002 show(s) were completely in English... I vividly recall Miwa doing some Japanese in Seattle, like Itsu No Mani, ie. Strange.

Ohhh this is great!!!
I'm so happy for them. However, I won't be able to go. Actually I'm saving money and planning a trip but not to the USA, but to Japan.

In any case, I hope many people will attend!

Thanks for the email, Jay! I haven't been here for ages it feels like so I had no idea this was even going on.
I live in LA and just bought tickets to the Wiltern show. Got the GA(floor) tickets. Count me in for the meetup :D

So close...yet so far...Seattle would be my best bet about 300 miles away, but I'm guessing it will be sold out before I can get my hands on tickets. Glad to see they are selling so well, even at these prices in America...:) In Seattle the bottom floor seems almost full already according to the ticket page!

This is definitely bittersweet news for me. I got my visa request denied to go to America last year so I can't file again for now. My best friend wants to go to LA's concert, even though she lives in Iowa. I got her hooked up on DCT pretty good! ^^

Oh well, there is always Wonderland 2015... hopefully...

Ooh bad timing! This is announced just as I had managed to secure tickets for the Wonderland concerts in Osaka!

If you had to choose, the Osaka show will be a much better experience! Congrats on getting tickets!
