'Saa Kane wo Narase Special Kohaku Edition' for 'Emergency Room 24 Hours' sounds like a pretty good possibility, based on previous performances.

'Kono machi de' will be performed in support of the recovery of the citizens of Rikuzentakata in Iwate Prefecture from the earthquake in 2011.

I was mistaken; the song will be 'Saa Kane no Narase,' and will be performed and broadcast from Iwate. I think I'm getting excited!

Before this thread gets (way) too old, did anyone see the performance? Both "smaller" downloads of Kouhaku on JPS were defective for me, and I was not willing to undertake a 25-gig version. I have been unable to locate DCT's performance otherwise. If you know of one, I would really appreciate some kind of access to it.

I have dct performance .. I downloading from dailymotion ,I went back to find it but the link is gone . But I still have the performance on my computer is around 230 mb.

Do you want me to upload it to a Billionupload or sockshare, etc. website so you can download it.

oh yeah I know where the full NHK show the files around 2gb torrent, but I don't know if the enough seed you can download .

If you could upload the performance, that would be great. I'd like to have Kouhaku, but probably there are no seeds as you said; I should have asked sooner.

It appears DCT will not perform at the 2018 Kouhaku. Not surprising, I guess, as the Pre-30th Birthday Tour will still be going on. I'm expecting a big 30th Anniversary sendoff at the end of 2019, though...

Next two years should be fascinating:

* 2019: 30th Anniversary tour and/or Wonderland 2019
* 2020: Crossing my fingers that they'll perform that the Tokyo 2020 Olympics

DCT have been NHK's darlings for just about their entire existence; a spot on Kouhaku is pretty much the band's call. As far as J-Pop is concerned, NHK always goes for a balance of old and new.
