It's not the concert. That DVD is part of the concert pamphlet/booklet. Contains images from the booklet, stage, costumes, etc...James wrote:Whats that DVD on the store now, Jei?
I'm guessing its the concert - but I thought they'd only just started?
- James
Also something referred to as 'sneaking into an actual rehearsal...' ^^
Nice cover ^^
Does bode well for a possible Diamond 15 DVD later on, tho
Re: 2003 Wonderland Documentary DVD!
Ahh... I see now.

I was just reading an email from the guy who worked on that documentary, and DCT records told him "Wonder Station" wasn't going to be on that DVD.Jei wrote: Two tracks:

Got the DVD!
Things of note:
* It is Region ALL ^_^ ('bout 45 minutes long)
* Instead of a general documentary overview, you get footage from each concert day they did. Plus rehearsal time...
(The DVD menu map is an actual map of Japan with DVD chapters listed by corresponding city)
* Looked all through the three days in Shiga...didn't make the video cut
(Except as a dot among many ^o^)
* The number of times they had to deal with rain was ridiculous. However, there's nothing more wonderful than seeing 30,000 people clad in raincoats, swaying back and forth happily as Miwa heads out into the rain to sing to them
* Short interviews with the band: David T, Rin, Koh, etc
* Plenty of bus-time talk, behind the scenes fun, prep-time, etc with M & M
(Miwa's seems to have a thing for bugs...^_^)
* There's a great scene of M & M sliding down a hill on small sleds...the video is being taken by the cameraman who's also sliding down in front of them. You can hear him scream as he takes off down the hill...and M & M crack up because of it
* The big surprise for me: Miwa's English. You hear her say a few things when they're in their pre-concert circle...and I couldn't detect any accent!
At one point she's trying to calm herself down and says in English: "I hate this! My knees are shaking". Floored me...no accent at all ^^
She also uses a few...colorful English metaphors at very amusing moments
Very interesting overall
(Side Note: If "Wonder Station" is on there, it must a DVD Egg (or maybe it was only on the version of this DVD that came with that special end of year package from last year. I'll check again...)

The DVD available from the Diamond15 store that James mentions actually comes free with the concert tour brochure. It's about 15 minutes long and it's basically a behind the scenes look at preparations for the tour.
It shows the photo sessions for the pictures in the brochure taken on a riverside and a food market (the locations all have a vague diamond theme).
This is followed by a sequence showing the construction of the stage which Masa oversees, looking like he's just come off the ski slopes to do this .
Next, we see the band rehearsals, particularly Miwa going through the timpani drum solo at the start of Ola Vitoria.
Finally, there are more photo sessions on an airstrip and a baseball field. On both occasions it's pouring down. Quite funny the way Miwa is running around whilst an assistant is trying to keep an umbrella over her head. Also very decent the way Miwa and Masa thank (I assume) the groundstaff of the baseball field afterwards.
All in all, a very nice concert souvenir.
