Sure looks like her! I can't say for sure though. I also noticed the merry-go-round looks very much like the stage from DWL '95.

Yeah that is Kaori Mochida. Masa said on his blog that the first thing that came to his mind when he first played back the finished version of the song was her smile, so he just had to use her in the video. He describes her smile as "Mona Lisa" like It is cute, that's for sure. Hehe.

Unfortunately, Kaori blew out her voice or something earlier this decade, but she is right up there with Miwa in my pantheon of goddesses.
