New Compilation Album- 'The Soul 2'

A new compilation album has been announced, with a release date of 2/24/09. It will include tracks from all albums and singles starting with 'Monkey Girl Odyssey'. For a track listing, go to:

Some seriously great news! Looks like we'll be able to request songs for it, just like for the original "The Soul"
(If "Snow Dance" isn't on there, I'll eat my hat!)

The new album will be available in a limited edition, which includes a DVD of the Winter Fantasia Live that cannot be purchased separately.
The request site is a bit strange- for one thing, the image is bigger than my screen, and I can't read all of it. There are 65 possible choices (I'm assuming any track on the albums or singles is fair game), of which we may pick three, but I can only see 41 of them. It is possible, though, to see all choices by clicking the alphabetic or chronologic icons.

Unless I'm mistaken, I think the 2/24 date is last date fans can request which songs will go on Soul 2. I think it'll only be available as part of one of the new CD packages in March...

Here are the three that I requested:
* Snow Dance
* Asahi no Senrei
* Moshimo yuki nara
Actually, "Yasashii kiss o shite" would have been my third, but I figured that since it's a lock to get on the album, I'd give some love to my #4.
It should be interesting...the first soul album had just as many non-singles as singles...would love to see 'Asashi no Senrei' on there...
