It looks like a special "POWER PLANT LIVE" concert will be added on August fifth at the Sapporo Dome by request from members- it will have a different song request list.

I could order tickets now- too bad I can't go...

Hey folks,

For those of you who'll be at the Tokyo shows, I'll be in Tokyo from Sep 20th through the 26th (airline ticket has been bought).

If anyone's interested, we could get together for dinner or something...^^

Heck, I can't use the pop up thingy to read the kanji but from what I gathered this "Dorikamu no Yuube (sp?)" (DCT's evening) are going to be in cities they are not going to tour this year. They already did this back in 96, 98... but the important part I didn't get. I'm not even sure if it is a concert or a fan gathering of some sort. :? Sorry.

it's the katakana ta-be, which according to my dictionary was storehouses out in the sticks where the Yamato central government had outposts to oversee agriculture.

Which sorta makes sense, or not.

I didn't check the dates, but I assume these are satellite things where people gather to listen to the live concert somewhere else.

The opening to Children of the Sun featured Miwa reading a long list of all the municipal halls that were watching the concert via satellite.

There is a new video of Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai available but I'm fairly sure you have to pay to be able to download it. Hmmmm.

Edit: DCT-TV has all three parts of Wonderland 2007's special up. I suggest watching to get on the DWL mood! ^^

They have announced the band!

I'm sad to see Rin and Ohtani Kou aren't going to be there.

I'm looking forward to the trying to get on the Sobu-sen . . . each train can hold what, 700 people? Better plan on getting a hotel within walking distance . . . actually the walk from the stadium to anywhere within Yamanote isn't as far as one would think . . . about an hour and a half from Shinanomachi to Akihabara, which is technically across town (I'm thinking of staying in the Washington Hotel there since Akihabara is really the only place I want to hit in Tokyo for my week in Japan).

One nice thing about living in Japan is that they have their public infrastructure act together, so they will have adequate staff to keep the Sobu-sen actually usable for this event. . .

How far is the stadium from Akasaka? I'm thinking the Hotel Center of Asia in the Akasaka district looks good...thanks to Jei for the suggestion.

Anyone heard how we get the tickets yet? I assume it is some sort of will-call.

It's about a mile away from that hotel. Hmm...10-15 minute walk.
(or 8-15 minute train from the nearest station).

I was hoping they would change the date of this concert but they didn't, despite the typhoon that is going to hit Hokkaido in the next few hours. I'm concerned with the fans, I hope everyone is going to make it safely to the venue in time for the concert.

And so in 2 hours and a half, they are going to be on stage. First thing tomorrow morning I'm going to start searching for the set list. I just can't wait to see what they played!

So what songs do you guys think that are a must for this tour? My fingers are crossed that Sweet Sweet Sweet and Sora o Yomu made to the set list. These two songs are enough for me. ;)

Looks like they performed the new single as a surprise at the concert :)
